Food was an integral part of Pugliese’s life, and thanks to his commitment since childhood, helped to form the early framework behind La Rosa. From fast food to tablecloth restaurants, the family- business gave him the insight to create a unique, casual dining concept that offered friendly service and the old-world traditions of freshly prepared, wholesome food. Three decades later, it’s what drives customer to return to La Rosa again and again.

Our all-natural premium chicken is steeped in La Rosa’s signature marinade for that one-of-a-kind, straight off the grill La Rosa flavor, texture and moistness. We also offer roasted, grilled or hand-battered, buttermilk-marinated crispy chicken tenders.

All of our side dishes are made from scratch, using only top-shelf local vegetables and all-natural ingredients. Freshness, quality and preparation are the key factors to La Rosa’s healthy and nutritious salads and greens, sandwiches and wraps, and made-to-order meals.

Vincenzo Pugliese is the Founder and CEO of La Rosa Chicken & Grill, which opened its doors July 5, 1994 in Marlboro, New Jersey.

Instilled with the family values of honesty and hard work, Vincenzo used his savings to start La Rosa offering the old world flavors he grew up with reimagined using only the freshest, premium ingredients. Vincenzo consistently works on not only enhancing the customer experience, but also the taste and quality of his food, based on customer and employee feedback.
